Properly registered participants will get a visitor badge in exchange for their passport at the main entrance. (Driver's licenses are not accepted.)
You can keep the badge until your last day on site, or go through the exchange procedure every day.
The meeting rooms are located in building 81/82, which is a 15min. walk from the main office building (B72).
The rooms are equipped with ceiling-mounted projectors. Laptops can be connected through a VGA cable. 230V outlets are following the French standard.
Lunch can be taken at the ITER canteen/cafeteria (ground floor of B72) which offers a good range of food options at moderate prices (~10€ for a full meal). There is a shuttle bus connecting B81/B82 to the restaurant around lunch time.
The ITER guest wireless network does not need an account or access key. The firewall allows standard services on standard ports, through a transparent proxy.
