Steps to Enrollment

• 1. Watch our open house event or view our classes here.  They are listed here http://epichsn.org/openhouse

  2. Start the Registration process by completing the registration form below. 

  3. Meet with a Homeschool Advisor to Determine if our Program is the Right Fit.

  4. Family is Approved for Enrollment

  5. Family becomes a member of EPIC Homeschool Network and is assigned a Dedicated Homeschool Advisor and a meeting is set up with the program director and/or advisor to do the following:

     • Finalize Course Selections

     • Complete the Individual Learning Plan

     • Review Policies and Procedures here http://www.epichsn.org/academypolicies

     • Sign all forms https://omella.com/hso6r 

     • Set up the semester check in time

Before classes begin, all students must have signature forms on file:

Medical Release Form, Waiver and Release Agreement, Policies and Procedures Agreement.

EPIC Homeschool Network Academy Program Registration Form

ACADEMIC STUDIES PROGRAM WITH ACADEMIC COACHING (GRADES 3-12) FULL PROGRAM - Now Accredited by the Georgia Accrediting Commission

• $6500 per year per student

• $650 per month per student

Scholarships are available upon request.

LITTLE LEARNERS (GRADES PREK-2) WITH ACADEMIC COACHING  FULL PROGRAM

• $1500 per year per family for kids ages 7 and under

• $150 per month per family

Please note that your registration fee is nonrefundable.

REGISTRATION FEES

• Early Registration Fee (March-April) for First Child  $199

• Registration (May - July) for First Child  $249

• Registration (After July) for First Child  $349

• Registration Fee for Additional Children (You must have paid the Full Registration Fee for at least one child before choosing this option) $179
