For plot search, you may provide township, phase, sector, or plot number only.
Automatically collected information: When you use the App, we may collect device type, operating system, app version, and general usage data (e.g. feature usage) to ensure stability and improve the App. We do not track you across other apps or websites.
Complaint tracking: When you track a complaint by ticket number, we use that identifier to retrieve and show you the status and related details of your complaint.
We use the information we collect to:
Process and manage complaints you submit and allow you to track their status.
Provide “Find My Plot” search results based on the criteria you enter.
Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
Improve the App’s performance, security, and user experience.
Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and government or legal requests.
We do not use your data for marketing or advertising, or sell your personal information to third parties.
