We turned an 18,000 square foot shell into a high end, environment controlled art storage facility here in Ridgefield CT. This 12 month long project was an expansion to the already 29,000 square foot facility in our building at 901 Ethan Allen Hwy, Ridgefield CT.

Completed a full cosmetic overhaul of an outdated doctors office including updated plumbing, electrical work, new millwork, lighting and flooring, along with a full suite paint removal and finish. Project was completed during business hours with minimal disruption to business flow allowing for a lower cost for the client.

A passion project here. We turned a small 1,900 square foot multi room layout into a fully functional dance studio with 2 practice rooms, a full bathroom and shower, laundry room, and a waiting/viewing room.
