6:00 pm to Late Welders Dog Brewery
We invite all Earle Page College alumni to join us for a relaxed and informal evening on Friday, October 20th, 2023, from 6:00 pm to late at the Welders Dog Brewery, Brew Bar, 101 Beardy St Armidale.

This will be a great opportunity to catch up with old friends, share stories, and enjoy the company of fellow alumni. Please note that this event will be at your own cost. Fat Butcher BBQ food van will be on site with burger, smoked meat and vegetarian food options.
Whether you can only stay for a short time or plan on staying the whole night, we welcome you and look forward to seeing you there!
Tom Croft, Daniel Emery and Emma Pracy are co-owners of the Welders Dog and also all Earle Page Alumni!
Welders Dog will be open from 1:00 pm and the Fat Butcher BBQ Smoker will be serving food from 5:00 pm.

Saturday
7:50 AM to 9:20 AM Parkrun
Join us for a morning of health and fitness on Saturday, October 21st, 2023, at the SportUNE precinct. This is a great opportunity to get outdoors, exercise, and catch up with fellow Earle Page College alumni.
The morning will kick off with Parkrun, a free 5k run or walk event that takes place all over the world on Saturday mornings. You don't need to register for Parkrun, but it's recommended if you think you'll participate more than once. Wear your old Coast Run or College T-shirt to make it easier for your fellow alumni to identify you. Whether you want to set a personal best time or just take a leisurely stroll and chat with friends, Parkrun is a great way to start the day. Parkrun kicks off at 8:00 am so get there a little before that so you are ready to go. In Armidale times range from below 20 minutes to over 1 hour.

7:50 AM to 11:00 AM SportUNE
After completing Parkrun, come inside the SportUNE precinct to grab a coffee and take advantage of some of the other activities we have planned. We're open to ideas, so please let us know if you have any suggestions for additional activities you'd like to see.
Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just looking for a fun way to start the day, we welcome all Earle Page College alumni to join us for this morning of health, fitness, and camaraderie. See you there!

10:30 AM to 2:00 PM Visit Austin Page College
After the morning of exercise and activity at SportUNE, join us back at Austin Page College for a relaxed period of catching up and reminiscing. Whether you want to grab a shower and get changed or come straight up to College, the Austin Page dining hall will be open for you to look around and enjoy.
The Earle Page honour Boards are now located in Austin/Page.We'll have a number of displays set up for you to peruse. There will be regular guided tours of Earle Page College.
Self service Tea and Coffee will be available.

Ticketed Items
Saturday 6:00 pm to 11:30 pm Dinner
Saturday night is the big night. The dinner will now be held in the old Earle Page College Dining Hall as the Bistro renovations will not be finished in time.
Your weekend ticket includes the dinner, entertainment and table wine. An eftpos Bar will be available then for you to purchase drinks. When you purchase your ticket please ensure you have also complete the extra information questions about dietary. Seating will be in approximate year groups.
Dress code is Smart Casual. Though we understand that some tables have decided on their own dress code.

Cocktail Food (hot and cold) will be served prior to seating.

The eftpos bar will be open with the standard range of drinks that you can purchase at your own cost.
Wine will be on the tables.
MUSIC, DANCING OR A QUIET CATCH UP
Music from 9:30 PM to 11:30 pm
The SCR will be open if your prefer a quieter space after dinner to catch up with friends.
TRANSPORT
We have Edwards Coaches of Armidale organised to pick up people from town and drop to the dinner. A bus will pick do a town pick up from central accommodation venues from 5:15 pm to 5:30 pm. A bus will return from college to town at 11:45 pm.
OTHER
Parking will be available at the back of the Austin/Page and Robb college for the dinner.

Sunday 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM Sunday Morning Brunch
This will involve a brunch on the grounds of Earle Page College (Which is now occupied by Robb college). – part of ticket price - assorted Danishes, fruit platters, assorted muffins, veg frittata and assorted juices. Herd Bar will be on site for unlimited tea and coffee!
