EXAProductions shall grant intellectual property permissions to a collaborator under the following conditions:

The collaborator contacts EXAProductions ahead of time.
The story falls into the canon-accurate lore of the timeline.
The story deviates from canon-accurate lore, but is clearly labeled "non-canon."
