Who Are We?

The Community Action Group for Young People (CAG4YP), was formed in response to a tragic incident within our community. From the inception of CAG4YP our CIC EOTOUK was formed. EOTOUK is dedicated to addressing the pressing issues of gangs, crime, violence, and deprivation among young people, with a specific focus on the challenges faced by young black men and women in Bristol.

Our goal is to create a network that actively serves our community by intervening proactively and creating spaces where tragedies like the one that inspired our organisation no longer occurs.

The challenges our young people face today are multifaceted and deeply rooted in issues such as toxic culture, trauma, fear, criminalization, racism, classism, deprivation, and gentrification. Unfortunately, the spaces that should provide consistent support, such as youth work, education, and mental health services, are often underfunded and oversubscribed. This situation has led to a gap in services that is contributing to the crises we are witnessing in our communities

EOTOUK Facilitate and co-ordinate workshops and seminars for young people and youth provision services

we support the creation of pathways into education and employment for people who may not be able to reach for the stars.
