our history.
In Eoth, Knox controls nearly every aspect of society, using advanced technology and brutal policies to maintain order. Every citizen is required to wear a wrist monitor, which functions as both an ID and an online wallet to track KX (currency), while also serving as a health and environmental scanner. This monitor is waterproof, fingerprint-activated, and mandatory for all, providing convenience but also constant surveillance.
Additionally, population control is enforced every five years, where a selection of citizens—typically those without VIP status, aged 30 or above, and excluding pregnant women or children under 12—are either thrown out of the domed city or killed.
Knox Guards operate under a strict numeric ranking system, where titles and personal identities are disregarded, and only positions matter. The most important ranks are 1 to 5, and the competition to reach the top is fierce, with the understanding that even those at the highest level can be removed. Guards in lower ranks wear white stripes on their shoulder, while those in positions 1 through 5 are distinguished by red stripes, marking their higher status within the rigid structure.
