Env Switch Tool is a Chrome extension for switching user-configured API and CMS environment URLs and inspecting related network requests locally.

Data Collection and Use

Env Switch Tool processes request URLs, request headers, request bodies, response headers, and response bodies only for its core features: environment switching and local network debugging.

Environment configurations, selected environment state, enabled/disabled state, and request logs are stored in the user's browser using Chrome storage APIs.

Data Sharing

Env Switch Tool does not sell, share, or transmit user data to the developer, analytics services, advertising networks, or any external tracking service.

Network requests may be proxied to the target API or CMS URLs configured by the user. This is required for the extension's environment switching functionality.

Remote Code

Env Switch Tool does not use remote code. All JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and image assets are packaged with the extension.

Analytics and Advertising

Env Switch Tool does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or behavioral profiling.

Data Retention

Request logs are stored locally in the user's browser and can be cleared from the extension popup. Environment configurations can be edited, exported, imported, or deleted by the user.
