TWU-ENVOY MAINTENANCE AND RELATED CONTRACT
May 5th, 2023
Brothers and Sisters,
We are pleased to announce that our union contract has been ratified! This means we can move forward with confidence knowing that our hard work and dedication has paid off. This new contract provides us with several important benefits, including improved wages, better working conditions, and restoration of items we had to concede to during the 2011-2012 bankruptcy. Thanks to each one of you for your support and patience throughout this process. Your input and feedback were instrumental in shaping this agreement, and we are grateful for your commitment to our union and our shared goals. As we move forward, we encourage you to continue to stay engaged and involved in your union's activities. Together, we can continue to make positive changes in our workplace. The new contract provisions and pay rates go into effect on May 13th, 2023.

Dear TWU Envoy Members,
It seems some members are putting out false information about the TWU/Envoy Mechanics and Related Tentative Agreement Vote.
Members are being told that if you do not vote it is an automatic “YES” vote.
That is False. If you do not vote it does not count either way. On May 5th, whatever the majority is of those who vote will determine if the contract passes or not.
Example: If only 500 of the 917 eligible members vote, 300
vote yes and 200 vote no, the contract passes. Everyone is encouraged to vote.
Please do so before Noon ET on May 5th, 2023. If you have any questions, please reach out to your TWU Local
leadership.
If you have not received your ballot, you may request replacement access credentials by contacting Jose Galarza at (202) 719-3906 or Karen Koziatek at (202) 719-3902 during
normal business hours

FEBRUARY 2021
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Your negotiating committee has been preparing for contract negotiations since last year. Our first scheduled meetings with the company were scheduled for the week of January 18th.
During one of our last preparation meetings, a discussion took place about the financial impact this pandemic is putting on the airline industry.
After much discussion we decided that we would attempt to get the current contract extended with no changes other than pay increases.
A proposal for a 24-month extension with pay rate increases was given to the company.
The company responded with a counter proposal that did not meet our expectations.
We have decided to continue with the process and begin Section 6 contract negotiations.
As soon as we schedule future meeting dates, we will update you.
Thank you for your support.
UNITED-INVINCIBLE.
