Scope of the training

This workshop for PhD students focuses on transforming complex research into a clear and engaging message for their audience. Focus is on content, performance, and slides. Participants will learn how to structure their presentation effectively, improve their delivery, and create visually appealing slides that enhance their message by presenting data without boggling the audience.

Venue

The training, provided by "The floor is yours", will be held at the Earth and Life Institute of UCLouvain, Louvain-la-Neuve; within the Savanna room on the first floor of the "de Serre" building in Louvain-la-Neuve (Croix du Sud 2, B-1348 Louvain-la-Neuve) 

Registration, participation fees and registration deadlines.

The training is limited to 12 people per day: 3 from ULg, 3 from Kuleuven, 3 from FZJ and 3 from UCLouvain, charged on the ENVITAM budget, and therefore free of charge for participants.

Interested candidates are requested to send their application in the form below, before 15 August 2024. 

The ENVITAM scientific committee will select the candidates before 25 August 2024 and communicate the  decision to the selected candidates.
