The On-Campus Committee

As the On-Campus Committee, we aim to further the education and participation of the student body. We provide students with opportunities to expand their understanding of environmental issues and how they can achieve a more sustainable lifestyle on and off campus.

Faced with the challenges of social distancing, virtual learning, and general concern, students and on-campus organizations have struggled to attend and host events. In past years, the EcoRep On-Campus Committee would hold several in-person events throughout the academic year for students. However, with students working remotely and the ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, the committee has taken this opportunity to host a virtual event with diverse panels and presenters spanning beyond the students and faculty of the University of Rochester.
