Nakornnont Model for Sustainable Food Waste Management
In the Nakornnont Model Research Project, we developed a web application for the management of food waste in Nonthaburi Municipality to facilitate communication between individual groups from different sources, including raw material suppliers (ตลาดงามวงศ์วาน), food manufacturers, post-consumers (สำนักงานสลากกินแบ่งรัฐบาล และ กรมวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ กระทรวงสาธารณสุข) interested in food waste disposal, and those interested in food waste utilization.

In the Chula Model for Sustainable Waste Management in Canteens Research Project, we developed a web application for the management of waste in Chulalongkorn University canteens to facilitate communication among Chula Zero Waste officers, food vendors, cafeterias workers and farmers to collect the waste data and information for waste management in CU canteens.
