Rent Payments

Monthly payments for rent can be made the following ways:

• Money order made payable to Envisage Properties LLC

• Via the online payment portal. For this option, please call or email us to that your property manager can assist with creating your account access.

• We do not accept partial payments for rent. See your lease for late fees or contact your property manager.

Maintenance Requests

• For non-emergency maintenance requests please email maintenancerequests@envisage-properties.com and a maintenance worker will reach out to schedule a date and time to service the issue.

• For emergency maintenance requests please call your property manager directly. They will dispatch a maintenance worker to service the issue in 1-3 hours.
