Finally, you can download the zip archive file with the full pipeline used for generating the HTML version of the tutorial from markdown code. Note that in this pipeline, I use an R script calling the rmarkdown::render() function from the Rmarkdown package to render the markdown, rather than the RStudio interface to pandoc.
