Entune App Says Download [PATCHED] Toyota App

Hi all, so I bought a 2019 RAV4 this past week and well setting up my phone with the car I downloaded the Entune app. It then said I had the wrong version and needed Entune 3.0. So I went on the app store and couldn't find it and eventually just googled it which brought me to the page ( =com.toyota.tcapp&hl=en_US&gl=US). After pulling that up on my phone it said the app wasn't available in my country. I live in North America and I have a Sumsung Note 10 so I'm not sure what to do. Has anyone else encountered this?

So I disabled in the bluetooth settings on my iphone 8plus sync contacts and sync notifications and Bluetooth works perfect. On my Iphone 8plus Im running IOS 13.3.1 and on the entune system Im running firmware 010192. I dont care about syncing contacts to Entune nor do I care about notifications. I just care that I can make and receive calls and listen to music via Amazon music or Apple Music.
