Q: What pests do you cover for maitenance?

A: Rodents (Mice/Rats) and Crawling Insects such as Ants, Spiders, Cockroaches, centipedes etc. (Bed Bugs, Fleas, and Termites are seperate)

Q: How much will it cost to cover my home/business?

A: While we would love to give you an answer, we wont know until a technician looks at the property. There are a few variables that affect Pricing, such as - size of the property, Infestation level, any equipment install, and amount of time to service the property.

Q: Is it safe for kids and pets?

A: Yes, as long as treated surfaces are dry before contact. We follow the Label of every product to insure that everyone involved is safe.

Q: Can pets be out while you treat?

A: While we love pets, we do ask that you place them in a room that typically doesnt get treated until treated areas are dry. 

Q: Can my house be serviced if im not there?

A: Yes, as long as there are no minors at the house unattended. We can either take a key code, leave a door for us unlocked, or however you would like us to enter and exit.

Q: What if i forgot about an upcoming appointment?

A: No problem! We will treat the exterior and just contact us so we can schedule an interior service.

Q: What if i need to reschedule?

A: We understand that planning things in life never go the way they should go. We just ask you give us at least 1 business day notice so we can reschedule, or we can do the exterior and reschedule the interior.

Q: How best can i pay?

A: Credit card, check, or cash. There is no fee for using a card.

Q: How are services scheduled?

A: I give 2-4 weeks notice through email about upcoming appointments.

Q: What should i do if i have Fleas, Bed Bugs, or Termites?

A: We are more than willing to treat for those pests. They are special treatments, usually requireing prep work before we treat. 

Q: Is there a fee to inspect?

A: Only for Bed Bugs. If you go with a bed bug treatment, that fee will be deducted from the Treatment.

Q: What areas do you cover?

A: Adams and York county. If its outside of that area, call us and we can discuss options. We are only licensed for Pennsylvania currently.
