ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS
Star Colleges follow specific admission procedures and processes that are required by internal and external requirements.
BASIC EDUCATION DEPARTMENT
Kindergarten
ECCD Checklist that was completed by the school of origin, the nursery of origin, or from the private or public daycare center of origin.
PSA Birth Certificate

Form 138 (Original Report Card)
Certificate of Good Moral Character

Note:
Incoming Grade 7 students must submit the following documents apart from the necessary supporting documents that are needed for Junior High School students, the parents or guardians must provide one of any of the following documents in order for their child to apply and avail of the Educational Service Contracting (ESC) partnership program by the Department of Education (DepEd):
2 copies 2 x 2 ID picture
Latest BIR income tax return or Certificate of Indigency
Affidavit of Support that was notarized by a Lawyer in the Philippines.
Senior High School. Applicants must be Grade 10 completer and provide the following supporting documents:
Form 138 (Original Report Card)
Certificate of Junior High School Completion
Certificate of Good Moral Character
PSA Birth Certificate
Note:
Incoming Grade 11 students must submit the following documents apart from the necessary supporting documents that are needed for Junior High School students, the parents or guardians must apply and avail of the Senior High School Voucher Program (SHS VP) by the Department of Education. The SHS VP is a program of financial assistance wherein subsidies in the form of vouchers are provided to qualified SHS learners in participating private or non-DepEd public SHSs.

For students from public schools: Learner’s Reference Number
For students from non-ESC participating schools, please apply at the PEAC Online Voucher Application Portal before the start of the school year. Students from non-ESC participating schools can ask for more information on how to apply for the SHS VP through their school of origin or from our school registrar.
Transferees. Transferees can only be admitted on the last or the first week of a quarter for Pre-school students, Junior high school students, and Senior high school students. Transferees must provide the following supporting documents:

COLLEGE DEPARTMENT
College Freshmen. College applicants must complete secondary education and provide the following supporting documents:

Alternative Learning System (ALS) Graduate. College applicants must complete secondary education through the Alternative Learning System (ALS) of the Department of Education. They must provide the following supporting documents:

Transferees. Transferees are only allowed to enroll until the third week of either the first or second semester. Transferees must provide the following supporting documents:

Cross Enrollee. Cross Enrollees must provide the following supporting documents:
Permit to cross-enroll from main college or university.
Photocopy of School ID from main college or university.
