Professional Growth Plan

I aim to continuously develop as an educator and leader who empowers students, especially those from marginalized communities, to reach their full potential. I plan to leverage my public speaking skills and strengths in developing effective campus-supported, community-based initiatives while enhancing my research and fundraising skills.

I believe all students should learn how advanced technology disrupts the industries they plan to pursue after graduation. 

Upon completing my doctorate, I intend to become a scholar and consultant leveraging advanced technology to promote racial equity and connect people across socioeconomic lines in the real world and the evolving metaverse.  

I believe quality education empowers students, especially those from disadvantaged communities, to dismantle unjust systems and rebuild equitable societies. My leadership approach invests in staff so they can support each student in developing their full potential as agents of transformative change.
