I am Enrique Noguera, pursuing a doctorate in Educational Technology Leadership at New Jersey City University. As an educator and entrepreneur, I aim to leverage technology to empower students from marginalized communities.

My research focuses on initiatives that equip students from labor-surplus municipalities with digital skills, business acumen, and leadership capabilities to launch tech-driven entrepreneurial ventures and become change agents in their neighborhoods.

This portfolio highlights my academic projects, research, and experience working with higher education, nonprofit, and corporate tech stakeholders.
