I'm currently a joint PhD student at the Dipartimento di Fisica of La Sapienza and Laboratoire de Physique de l' École Normale Supérieure (LPENS), under the supervision of professors Francesco Zamponi and Giancarlo Ruocco. I'm also affiliated to the Italian Institute of Technology (IIT). 

My research focuses on the statistical mechanics of disordered systems and its applications at the interface between artificial intelligence and neuroscience. I'm particularly thrilled by the role of noise in learning and the way it affects the generalisation capability of a recurrent neural network.
