Enrico Fornasiero
Data-Driven Project Manager & Applied Economist
I am an Applied Economist and Project Manager bridging quantitative analysis with international project execution. I specialize in applying empirical methods to real-world socio-economic challenges, focusing on development, food security, and health/education policy.
Currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at Ca' Foscari University of Venice, I manage the operational execution of the EU Horizon project StEPPFoS for the local research unit, reporting directly to the Principal Investigator. My role combines stakeholder coordination across European and African partners (such as JRC, FARA, and RUFORUM) with the organization of international activities, such as research visits and summer schools.
Holding a Ph.D. in Economics, I bring a strong background in econometric analysis combined with years of hands-on experience in team facilitation, teaching, and project management. I thrive in collaborative roles that translate complex data into clear strategies and tangible project outcomes.
