Description: Creative Tools for Tween Life
In this hands-on class just for middle school girls, we blend arts and crafts with real-life tools for emotional growth. Each week, students will explore a fun project—like vision boards, calming jars, or affirmation bracelets—while learning how to manage stress, build confidence, and express themselves. It’s a safe space to create, reflect, and grow.
What We’ll Focus On:
Self-expression through art
Emotional awareness and healthy outlets
Building confidence and creativity
Calming practices for stress or anxiety
Creating a safe, supportive community
Note: This is not therapy, but a wellness-based creative class grounded in compassion and connection.

For our youngest learners, each child must be accompanied by an adult during class. This ensures a fun and supportive learning environment for everyone!
