I'm an applied labor economist completing my PhD at the Paris School of Economics and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, under the supervision of François Fontaine. I am also part of the Labor Chair.
My research lies at the intersection of labor economics and industrial organization, with a particular focus on how firms adjust labor demand in response to structural changes, such as the rise of non-standard labor forms. I use French administrative data and quasi-experimental designs.
In my current work, Freelancers and Labor Demand, I propose a novel empirical framework to analyze how freelance labor supply shocks affect firm-level economic activity.
This is the first stepping stone of a broader agenda on the surge of freelance labor, email me for new collaborations.
Here's my CV.
We can meet at the 2026 ASSA meeting (Philadelphia).
I am on the 2025/2026 Job Market for post-docs.
