last update: September 2025
I'm an applied labor economist completing my PhD at the Paris School of Economics and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, under the supervision of François Fontaine. I am also part of the Labor Chair.
My research lies at the intersection of labor economics and industrial organization, with a particular focus on how firms adjust labor demand in response to structural changes, such as the rise of non-standard labor forms. I use French administrative data and quasi-experimental designs.
In my current work, Freelancers and Labor Demand, I propose a novel empirical framework to analyze how freelance labor supply shocks on firm-level economic activity.
This is the first stepping stone of a broader agenda on the surge of freelance labor, feel free to email me, I'm open to new collaborations.
Here's my CV.
We can meet at the 2026 ASSA meeting (Philadelphia) or at the Brucchi Luchino workshop (Padua).
I am on the 2025/2026 Job Market.
