ENPGP stands for Expanded National Practice Guidelines Program. It is a multi-disciplinary, multi-sectoral movement with the vision of evidence-based Universal Health Care for all Filipinos.
To set standards for clinical care through the development, appraisal and use of clinical practice guidelines (CPG) based on best evidence and to assist Filipino practitioners in clinical decision-making.
ENPGP Valenzuela City is the local arm of the national movement for evidence-based Universal Health Care for all Valenzuelanos.
ENPGP Valenzuela City is composed of a Committee and a Technical Working Group.
The Committee is composed of the City Mayor as Chair, the City Health Officer as Vice Chair, ex-officio members (Assistant City Health Officer, Head of Health Service Delivery Division, Head of Health Systems Support Division, Planning Officer, Training Officer), and the action officer.
The Technical Working Group (TWG) is presided by the Action Officer and is composed of heads or designates of the following:

Approve the City Compendium of CPGs and revisions thereafter
Role of Technical Working Group (TWG)
Review, compile, develop, update, and recommend/promote a set of Clinical Practice Guidelines that is locally-designed, patient-centered, and accessible for use of clinicians and healthcare providers
It is the compilation of DOH-Approved CPGs, Omnibus Health Guidelines, and existing city-published CPGs
