Remember that these chains are yours to take care of. Permanent jewelry is like any other piece of jewelry and is not indestructible. So please treat with care. Darkness in your chain may be due to sweat, dirt or oil buildup.
Avoid:
Getting chains caught or pulled as this may cause them to stretch or break
Direct contat with any abrasive and harsh chemicals
Applying perfume, lotions and sunscreen directly onto jewelry
Please make sure you are cleaning your permanent jewelry!
To clean, take the polishing cloth provided and wipe once a week.
Use a toothbrush with warm water and dish soap to get between the grooves.
Note:
Thoroughly dry jewelry when wet
Pools and hot tubs may discolor jewelry, please try to clean after
Sterling Silver may naturally oxidize/tarnish overtime, using a polishing cloth will help bring the shine of the metal back
Repair/ Re-Weld Policy:
If your piece breaks off at the weld within the first 30 days we will weld back on for free. After 30 days, regardless of what happened, we can reweld for a $15 fee.
While your piece is designed to withstand everyday wear, they do have their limits. If your piece gets snagged or stuck on something and breaks, please put it in a safe place and contact us to schedule a repair. If for any medical reason you need your jewelry removed, simply cut at the jump ring (where the chain is welded together) using kitchen scissors.
Contact us and we will happily re-apply your chain at no cost. if the chain is too damaged to be re-welded, a new chain will need to be purchased.
