FFA aims to grow the next generation of leaders who will change the world. FFA makes a positive difference in students' lives by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth, and career success through agricultural education.
Our goal is to improve our members' leadership skills and promote career success. In order for our members to gain agricultural experience, we strive to get involved in the community through group service projects and volunteer opportunities.
The FFA motto gives members 12 short words to live by as they experience the opportunities in the organization.
Learning to Do, Doing to Learn, Earning to Live, Living to Serve.
As a chapter, we have attended many events and competitions, including UMO Ag Fest, East Central Regional Rally, Wake Federation Banquet, State Convention, and many others. As a chapter, we have volunteered at Po Hous Farms, a local farm near our campus. We have brought in many guest speakers, such as vets, scientists, and former FFA members. We are excited to embark on this new and improved version of our chapter, can't wait to see what is in store for us!
