With professional qualifications including B.Ed. and PGDELT (Post Graduate Diploma in English Language Teaching), Zeenam specializes in Phonics and English as a Second Language (ESL). She understands the challenges faced by learners whose first language is not English. Mother-tongue influence often affects pronunciation, reading, spelling, and spoken communication, making English seem difficult and intimidating.
