Developing strategic enlisted leaders through education, congressional service, and enterprise-level experience.

The Secretary of the Air Force Enlisted Legislative Fellowship develops senior enlisted Airmen and Guardians who understand how national policy is shaped, how Congress works, and how to translate operational experience into strategic advice.

HOW TO APPLY

DEVELOP

Congressional education, strategic studies, developmental experiences, and exposure to senior national-security institutions.

SERVE

Work full-time on Capitol Hill

alongside congressional staff, contributing directly to legislation, oversight, appropriations, constituent issues, and national-security policy.

RETURN

Bring congressional expertise, strategic perspective, relationships, and policy fluency back to the Department of the Air Force.
