Self-Composed Poem on India's Education
In India’s veins, knowledge flows
From ancient times, it still grows
From the gurukuls, the seeds were sown
of a legacy of education, proudly born
In labs and libraries, innovations take flight
New horizons are discovered, shining bright
From Aryabhata’s wisdom to Kalam’s vision
Education has shaped innovation with precision
It ends the roots of poverty
Brings more and more prosperity
Ends intolerance and destructive aggression
Leads India’s inspiring progression
Curious minds step in through the door
Unfurl their dreams like never before
With education’s grace they rise
Through the clouds, above the sky
With India’s education glorious,
Every citizen shall be victorious
In this battle-field called life
With Education, wit and sacrifice.
Let’s work for India to strive
And fill our hearts with pride
Propagation of education: let’s spread this idea,
Because “padhega tabhi to badhega India!”
