◤ DATE

✦  ENJOY SL rounds stars the 07th of each months (1:00 pm SLT)
✦  ENJOY SL rounds ends the 28th of each months


Detailed timeline 

• 07th | ENJOY SL round starts (1:00 pm SLT)
• 28th | ENJOY SL round ends

• 02nd | Setup designer starts (1:00 pm SLT)
• 03rd | Bloggers packs starts to be sent in the group for our blogger team.
• 06th | Setup deadline (12:00 pm SLT - midday) - Start of setup extension time (upon payment of a fee)
• 07th | End of extension time for setup (until 9:00 am SLT)

                ✧ Failure to meet the deadlines will result in exclusion from the round.

◤ TERMS & CONDITIONS

EXCLUSIVE ITEM

     ✦ It’s mandatory that each brand bring one or more new and exclusive items.

                ✧ The exclusive item may not be sold elsewhere until the event ends (at which point you may).         

               ✧ All exclusive items should be Original Mesh.
              ✧ Theme:  Free  |  Style : Free  |  Your creativity is the limit. .

                ✧ No copyright infringement!
                    If found during the event any item that is disagree with the rules of LindenLab, the object is returned immediately and without prior notice. For more information on this topic, see this link: http://lindenlab.com/tos

                ✧ Gachas are not allowed (Linden Lab Official: Gacha Policy)


SETUP DIRECTIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Stay tuned to the dates established for the good progress and success of our event!

EVENT GROUP
    • It’s mandatory join the event group ( ENJOY SL Managment ) for access the event land and setup.
    • The invitation for group will be send only to two (02) avatars (two per brand).
    • General news, updates and reminders will be sent by group notice. You are responsible for following up and reading all the information submitted by group

EXCLUSIVE TAG  • It’s mandatory put the exclusive tag in the exclusive item, if other items are sold in your place, in addition to the exclusive item.

SCRIPTS  • No scripts are allowed, except in vendors, items you’re selling that need to be displayed, or redelivery terminals.

DECORATIONS
    • All objects must be inside your booth (anything outside will be returned without notice) - Please, respect your neighbors by keeping all objects in your allowed space.
    • Beware of excessive use of glow and/or lights (so as not to interfere with the decoration of other booths)
    • All decoration prims must be set to “phantom”. 


PRIMS  -  Each designer must carefully with your prim count.

          ✧   100 prims for sponsors

          ✧   60 prims for standard designers

NO SHOW  -  You will be replaced if your setup not ready on time. No exceptions.
  If you are not setup by end of extension time and we have not heard from you. We will board up your booth.

   ✧ If you are unable to participate in this round, for whatever reason, please let us know as soon as possible. 
        And remember, it’s your responsibility to apply/confirm/guarantee your participation by paying the fee before the deadline.

    ✧ No refund in these circunstance.



FEE REFUNDS

     ✦ FEE → Only after payment of the participation fee, we will guarantee your place.

           ✧ For new designers, payment of the fee should only be made after the designer receives confirmation of participation. 

           ✧ Regular designers can pay the participation fee once the application for the next round is available (without having to fill it out).


      ✦ No refund. Be sure that you want participate in this event when you pay ours fees.  We are carrying out a serious event and we will use the money to pay all expenses necessary to conduct a successful event.


      ✦ This is NOT a charity event

             …  and under no circumstances should a % of the profit be sent to any our team’s avatar as we will not be offering an inworld charity donation point (as this is not a charity event!)



BLOGGERS
We have an official team of bloggers committed to publish your products and spread it over the internet, so other people can view your items and fall in love with it.

     ✦  It´s not mandatory to provide your exclusive item, but you should admit:  more a product appears at various media spread across the internet, greater is the success in sales.

▌We will remain neutral in arguments between designers, so if you do not wish to participate in an event that another designer is in please note we will only remove a brand once they are booked into an event if they have a current DMCA, legal proceedings filed against them awaiting action or in case it is in disagreement with the TOS (LindenLab - http://lindenlab.com/tos). We cannot and will not remove brands otherwise.
