By downloading, accessing, or using Englora - Spoken English, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Premium Purchase

Englora may offer premium features through a one-time purchase via Google Play. Premium features may include ad removal and access to locked lessons or other features described in the app at the time of purchase.

The purchase is not a subscription and does not automatically renew. There are no recurring charges.

3. Payment & Purchase Verification

All in-app purchases are processed through Google Play. Premium access is provided after the purchase is successfully verified. If a purchase is refunded, revoked, or determined to be invalid, the associated premium access may be removed.

4. Refund Policy

Purchases are generally final and are subject to Google Play's applicable refund policies and applicable law. Refund requests may be submitted through Google Play. If you experience a purchase or premium-access problem, please contact us at developer@ruhul-amin.com.

Google Play may allow refunds in certain circumstances, including some requests made shortly after purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, bypass premium restrictions, reverse engineer, modify, copy, or redistribute the app or its protected content, or use the app for unlawful purposes.

6. Educational Content

Englora is provided for general educational purposes. We do not guarantee that all learning content will always be completely accurate or error-free. Features and content may be updated, modified, or removed from time to time.

7. Third-Party Content

Englora may use third-party animations, icons, and other visual assets obtained from platforms such as LottieFiles and Flaticon. Such assets are used in accordance with the applicable license terms of their respective creators or platforms. 

8. Privacy

Your use of Englora is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how your information is collected and used.

9. Disclaimer

Englora is provided for general educational purposes. We try to keep the app accurate and reliable, but we cannot guarantee that the app or its content will always be error-free or available.
