Ruhul Creative built the Englora - Spoken English app as an Educational app. This Service is provided by Ruhul Creative, owned by Ruhul Amin and is intended for use as is.

Depending on the services and features you use, Google Play Services, AdMob, and Firebase SDKs may collect or process information such as approximate location, purchase history, crash logs, app interactions, device identifiers, and Android Advertising ID. Google may use this information to provide and improve its services. AdMob may use relevant information to deliver and measure advertisements and help prevent fraud. Firebase may use relevant information to provide analytics, crash reporting, authentication, and push notification services.
Google Play In-App Updates and Google Play In-App Review are provided through Google Play services. These features may process information necessary for providing the update or review functionality, in accordance with Google's applicable privacy policies. We do not directly collect or store the content of reviews submitted through Google Play.

This data is processed temporarily and is not stored permanently on our servers.
If you sign in using Google Sign-In, we may receive and store:
Name
Email address
Profile Picture ( your google account profile picture from Firebase Auth )
Firebase User ID (UID)
This information is used to create and manage your Englora account, synchronize account-related data, provide backup and restore features where available, and manage Premium access.
Your Google profile picture may be obtained through Firebase Authentication and displayed in the app. We do not store your profile picture or its photo URL on our own server.
We store your data in two secure places:
Firebase Authentication (by Google) – used for secure user login and verification.
Our own MySQL database (server-side) – where we store your name and email address to identify and manage your account.
Our MySQL database may store information such as your Firebase User ID, name, email address, account type or Premium status, coins, learning progress, backup data, and other account-related information where applicable.
This information is used to provide account synchronization, backup, restore, Premium access, and related features.
Englora offers a one-time Premium purchase with lifetime access. Premium currently includes features such as:
Removal of advertisements
Unlocking all lessons
Offline access to supported learning content
Payments are processed through Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your credit card, debit card, bank account, or other payment credentials.
We may receive purchase-related information, such as transaction or purchase identifiers, to verify and manage your Premium access. Google Play processes your payment according to Google's own policies and terms. For more details please read our Terms of Service.
Englora may use Android permissions and system capabilities required by the app and its integrated services, including:
Internet and network access for online content, account services, synchronization, advertisements, and other online features.
Network and Wi-Fi state to check network connectivity.
Notifications to deliver app notifications when permitted.
Advertising-related permissions to support advertising and measurement services.
Billing permissions to support purchases through Google Play.
Certain background and system permissions may also be provided by the app's integrated third-party libraries and services.
Some permissions shown by Google Play may be automatically included by third-party libraries. We use these permissions only as necessary for the app or its integrated services.
Englora may provide virtual coins through activities such as learning, daily rewards, promotional events, redeem codes, or rewarded advertisements.
Virtual coins are digital rewards for use only inside Englora. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, sold, transferred, or traded.
Coins may be used to access or unlock supported educational features within the app.
We may change, adjust, suspend, or discontinue the coin and reward system when necessary.
Englora provides certain offline features for supported educational content.
Offline content is intended for personal learning and use within the app. Educational materials provided through Englora are not intended to be copied, extracted, redistributed, or commercially reused without permission.
The availability of offline content and features may change as the app is updated.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This app does not use cookies directly. Englora uses the Meta Facebook Android SDK to support app promotion and measure the performance of advertising campaigns conducted through Meta.
The Meta SDK may collect or process information such as device information, identifiers, app events, and advertising-related information, depending on the SDK features enabled and how the app is configured. This information may be used to measure app installations and advertising campaign performance and to provide related advertising services.

We value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information, and we strive to protect it using commercially reasonable security measures.
Data transmitted between the app and our servers is protected using secure connections where applicable. We also use cryptographic protection, including AES-based encryption and Base64 encoding, for certain sensitive data during app-server communication and data handling.

In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
Data Selling Statement
We do NOT sell, trade, or rent any users’ personal information to third parties. We only share limited data with trusted third-party services (such as Google Firebase and AdMob) strictly for the purpose of providing app functionality, analytics, crash reporting, and advertising.
All such data sharing is done in accordance with applicable privacy laws and is necessary to operate and improve the Service.
You have the right to access, rectify, object to, or erase the data maintained by us. You may request to delete all your data within the app. You can request deletion of your Englora account and associated data through the data deletion process.
If you request to delete data your account will be closed immediately and all your data will be deleted within 90 days. Upon closing your account we keep your data for 60+ days for security reasons.
Some information may be temporarily retained after account closure for security and legal purposes and will be deleted when it is no longer required.
Please note that information collected or processed directly by third-party services, such as Google Firebase, Google AdMob, and Google Play Services, may be subject to their respective privacy policies and data retention practices. You may need to contact the relevant service provider to manage or delete information held by them.
If you believe that our processing of your personal data infringes applicable data protection laws, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with the appropriate data protection or supervisory authority.
