Our Mission and Values

English Village Bandung is an immersive residential English program located in Ciumbuleuit, Bandung. Founded in 2019, we are proud to be the first program of its kind in Bandung, offering a unique learning experience with a full team of native English speakers as teachers and team leaders.

The ability to speak English is a powerful and valuable tool. An advantage to attending English Village Bandung is the opportunity to speak with Native English Speakers. This is a rarity in Indonesia and students will benefit greatly from learning from Native English Speakers. This is an important factor in the instruction and training of Indonesian students. We hope our students are better prepared, better trained, and better suited to reach their goals through our program.

More than English

English Village Bandung is committed to advancement and excellence in English proficiency for each student that participates in our program. However, we also believe in the importance of pursuing excellence and advancement in all areas of life.

As an English Village participant, you will be challenged to think through situations from many points of view. You will be exposed to different opinions, views, and beliefs, and you will learn to navigate through discussions with grace and an open mind.

Our hope is that each cohort of students will become like a family, made of many members with different experiences, but with a common bond of love, honor, and respect for one another and the world around us.
