Making meaningful connections and supporting others is what truly drives me. I find it incredibly fulfilling to walk alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges, helping them build practical, healthy ways to cope and move forward.
Cognitive behavioral therapy is a method based on scientific evidence that seeks to identify and intervene in the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral processes in which we are involved and which we repeat even though we know they do not benefit us and diminish our quality of life.
In simple terms, it studies the way in which our thoughts, actions, and emotions interact with each other, often limiting our ability to freely choose the direction we want to take.
Interventions focus on finding areas of greater opportunity to act with true freedom, not as a simple automatic reflex, but according to what each person perceives as truly valuable and, based on that, seeking to make changes that result in greater satisfaction and better self-perception for each person.
So many different issues were healed and resolved and I became able to change my behaviors to enable a brighter future. It's as if I have become the driver of my own life and it feels incredible! He created an incredibly safe have for me to heal and grow and step into this place. I will be forever grateful and I highly recommend him to anyone in need.
I really look forward to my weekly sessions with Andrés, they have made a huge impact on my life. He is extremely attentive and compassionate and has opened up my eyes to so many different things I was missing. I highly recommend Andrés to anyone who is struggling.
Andrés has been great. He’s very easy to speak with, and has helped me work through some things, such as how to better handle stress. It’s really helpful to have the space to openly talk through stuff with him.
I´m happy with the process. Andrés was listening carefully and gave me a very clear explanation of what he thinks we can do and what the therapy will look like.
Although it was my first session and I was on the fence due to past experiences, At the end of my time with Andrés, I finally felt that there is a way to adress and deal with the issues that have been nagging me for year.
I felt respected and safe definitley.
