The English Language Society of Chung Hua High School, Seremban was founded by our much  respected former English Language teacher, Mr. Vipin Patel in 1965, which was also his first year of teaching in our school.  Mr. Vipin Patel hoped to promote English Language in our school and also elevate the students’ interest in the language, since it is a very important language in this society. At its peak, the society had a number of 400 members. Our society is one of the oldest societies in our school, and this year, 2023, our society is happily celebrating its 58th year and we seek to fulfill the society’s missions in the future. 

  The aims of the English Language Society are to enhance the English standard of students in our school and cultivate the interest in learning English Language among the students.

The objectives of the English Language Society are to promote

a) the use of the English Language among the members.

b) the activities related to the English Language.

c) both the spoken and written standard of the English Language among the members.

d) friendship and understanding among its members, irrespective of race or creed.

e) good moral values necessary for a good citizen.
