What would you do... ?
Your friend wants to buy a present for his girlfriend, she will be 18, but he is totally broke. You have money, however, you have been saving it for an evening out, you really need to wind out a bit as you are completely stressed out because of school. Will you lend him the money and stay at home despite the fact that you really want to go to the party?
Your friend needs 50 euros to pay his debts, otherwise somebody dangerous will be very angry with him. However, you are having your first date with a person who you really care about and you want to make good impression, which means that you cannot come without any money and you only have 50. Will you lend the money or will you keep it?
Your parents want you to look after your younger siblings because they really feel the need to be alone and they have already paid for the wellness. There is nobody else to babysit. However, you have already agreed to come to your best friend´s birthday celebration. Will you babysit or refuse to do it?
It is your final test from chemistry tomorrow and you still haven´t learnt anything. You are planing to spend the whole night studying because if you do not get a good mark, you will have to resit it in August and your parents will make you learn the whole summer. However, your best friend has just broken up with her partner and she are totally devastated. Will you study or help your BF?
You are at the party and you have got really drunk. One of you is totally wasted, unconscious, you have to call an ambulance. They will need at least 10 minutes to come. Everybody else has left because they are afraid of the consequences. While drunk you have completely destroyed the house where you were partying. The police will be involved for sure and your future will be destroyed. Will you stay with your friend to make sure that he is ok till the ambulance comes or will you flee as well to save your own life?
There is a rule saying that the captain of the ship has to leave it as the last one, even if the ship is sinking. He may even die because of it, but he has to make sure that the rest of the passengers have left before he himself leaves. Do you think this rule is good and should be followed?
Imagine that you are the captain, you know that you do not have enough life boats and if you stay, you will definitely die. There is no other chance of being rescued right now. Will you stay and wait or will your try to get out of it on one of the boats no mater what consequences it will have?
