English Language Classes

English Language and Citizenship (ELC) is a context-based English program. Learn vocabulary, grammar, and comprehension through instruction in civic engagement and community.

You do not need to be preparing for your U.S. citizenship to learn in the ELC program.


This program is FREE.


Eligible students

You must be

  • an adult

  • learning English

  • lawfully present in the US

  • living in Arizona

  • . . . that's it!
