Teaching Course:
The internship method is implemented by students in groups and guided by teachers and teaching assistants on the spot. The process focuses on students’ implementation on the computer and requires personal participation throughout the entire process, so that students can apply their theoretical knowledge to practice, from design, manufacturing, packaging, feature testing, and For application, students must independently complete the production of an organic light-emitting diode to build their confidence in practical technology. The practical courses cover "clean room", "pattern mask design", "substrate cleaning", " Experimental processes such as "spin coating", "yellow light lithography", "thin film deposition", "finished product packaging" and "photoelectric characteristic measurement".
Industry demand
Taiwan's green energy output value is increasing substantially, among which the two major green energy industries, "light-emitting diodes" and "solar photovoltaics", are even more important in the world. The application of "light-emitting diodes" in the field of lighting is becoming more and more mature. For example, display backlights and lighting fixtures have highlighted their energy-saving characteristics, and the application of "solar cells" is one of the best ways to save energy and reduce carbon.
The internship center also connects the internship mechanism of the school’s “School Internship Center” and the adjacent two science parks, Tainan and Kaohsiung, to cultivate green energy and optoelectronic talents in response to the needs of the industry, and comprehensively enhance the competitive advantage of the school’s students in employment, so that students can Work seamlessly with industry.
Special Achievements of University Department
Use the center's experimental production topics as research results to specialize into products or reports.
The main purpose is to develop AZO films with Ag nano-particles embedded to improve the sensitivity and conductivity of film gas sensing. Compared with other preparation methods, the manufacturing process is simple, and the selected sensing materials are relatively low-cost and environmentally friendly. hurt.
Considering that the earth is facing an energy shortage crisis day by day, there is an urgent need to find alternative energy sources. The key research direction of this group is solar cells, considering environmental sustainability, and focusing on the third generation of solar cells-dye-sensitive solar cells.
This experiment is mainly to explore the effect of a single film thickness on the OLED components, so under the premise of the other film thickness is fixed, the electron injection layer LiF with four different thicknesses was changed, which are 0, 1, 2, 5 (nm ), and then observe the difference between the measured data of different thicknesses.
Research Institute published results
Use the center's experiments as the results of graduate students to publish seminars and journals at home and abroad.
