Q: How can I change my account settings?

A: In the app, click on your user icon and click on edit. Then you can change necessary information, like name, age, mobile number, education level etc.

Note: You cannot edit your email ID as this is taken directly from your Google account that you used while signing up.

Q: How can I access the lessons/materials on the app?

A: The lessons are divided based on the proficiency level of the user, all of the required materials can be accessed as and when the learner advances to the necessary proficiency level.

Q: Can I track my progress and see my learning history?

A: Yes, on clicking the user dashboard one can view their entire learning history along with time spent on each topic and quiz scores of each topic.

Q: What are the system requirements for using the app?

A: Operating System: Your device should run on a compatible version of the Android operating system.(Minimum Android Version is 5)

Storage Space: Your device should have a minimum free storage space of 50Mb.

A: Go to User Profile -> FAQs -> Scroll till bottom -> Tap on 'Delete Account'.

A: Yes, Just log in with the same Google account on any device, and your progress will sync.

A: Try these steps:

1. Restart your phone and reopen the app.

2. Ensure you have the latest app version from the Play Store.

3. Check your internet connection.

4. If the issue persists, clear the app cache from your phone settings.
