Short version: English Grammar Tutor does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information. It works entirely on your device. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs of any kind.

The App does not collect any personal information from you. We do not ask you to create an account, sign in, or give us any details about yourself. Specifically, the App does not:
Read your contacts, calendar, photos, or other personal files
Access your location, camera, or microphone
Collect your IP address, advertising ID, or device identifiers
Use any third-party analytics or crash-reporting service
Display advertisements or use any advertising SDK
Send any data to our servers or any third-party server
The App stores some information locally on your device so it can remember your progress and preferences between sessions. This data never leaves your device. Specifically, we store:
Your quiz scores and which lessons you have completed
Words you save to your personal vocabulary bank
Your spelling-game scores, stars, and unlocked levels
Your preferences (theme, font size, font family)
All of this is stored in Android's local SharedPreferences storage, which is private to the App on your device. Uninstalling the App deletes everything.
The App does not request any runtime permissions. It declares only the minimum permissions Android requires to install and run an application. It does not need internet permission — the App is fully offline.
The App is suitable for all ages and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR-K), and Google Play's Designed for Families requirements. Because the App does not collect any personal information from anyone — children or adults — there is no special children's data handling to disclose.
The App includes a "Share" feature that lets you share your quiz score, a vocabulary word, or your progress to other apps on your device (e.g. messaging apps, email). When you tap Share, the App builds a short text string and passes it to Android's standard share picker. We do not send the shared content anywhere ourselves — what happens to it after you tap Share is governed by the other app's privacy policy.
Because the App stores no personal data and transmits no data to any server, there is nothing for a third party to intercept or breach. The data the App keeps on your device is protected by Android's standard app-sandbox security model.
If we make any material change to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, if appropriate, post a notice inside the App. If the change is significant — for example if a future version were to add an optional online feature — we will require your explicit consent before any data is sent off-device.
