This Privacy Policy describes how Tech Easy Life ("we", "us", or "our")
collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application
"English Grammar A-Z (বাংলা ভার্সন)" (the "App"), available on Google Play
under the package name com.techeasylife.englishgramara_z.
By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in
this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. SUMMARY (Plain-Language Overview)

- We do NOT ask you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name,
email, phone number, or any personally-identifying information.
- We do NOT collect, store, or sell your personal data on our own servers.
- The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob
automatically collects certain technical data (such as your device's
advertising ID, IP address, and ad-interaction data) for advertising,
analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes.
- The App requires an active internet connection to function. All grammar
lessons are stored on your device and do not require uploading any of
your data.
- You can manage or reset your advertising preferences at any time through
the "Manage Ad Preferences" option inside the App or through your device
settings.

2. INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THE APP ITSELF

The App, by itself, does NOT collect any personally-identifying
information from you. Specifically, the App does not collect:
- Name, email address, phone number, or postal address
- Account credentials, passwords, or login information
- Photos, videos, audio recordings, or files from your device
- Contacts, calendar entries, or messages
- Precise GPS location
- Health, financial, or biometric information
The App stores some non-personal preference data locally on your device
(for example, whether you have completed the in-app rating prompt or
granted advertising consent). This data never leaves your device and is
removed when you uninstall the App.

3. INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App integrates the following third-party Google services. Each
service operates under Google's own privacy policy, and the data they
collect is described below.
3.1 Google AdMob (Advertising)
The App displays banner, interstitial, app-open, rewarded, and native ads
through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. According to Google's official Play
Data Disclosure for the Mobile Ads SDK, AdMob automatically collects and
shares the following data for advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention:
- IP address (used to estimate approximate, city-level location)
- Android Advertising ID (AAID) — a resettable, non-permanent identifier
- Device and account identifiers (such as device model, OS version,
language, country)
- User interactions with ads (impressions, clicks, viewability)
- Diagnostic information (such as crash reports and SDK performance data)
- Coarse / approximate location derived from IP address
(the App does NOT request precise GPS location)
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS (Transport Layer Security).

3.2 Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — Consent Management
We use Google's User Messaging Platform SDK to collect and manage your
consent for personalized advertising as required by GDPR (European
Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland) and similar regulations.
The UMP SDK stores your consent choices locally on your device using the
IAB TCF v2.2 framework.
3.3 Google Play Services
Standard Android services provided by Google Play that the App relies on
for in-app updates, in-app reviews, ad delivery, and crash reporting.

3.4 Google Play In-App Update & In-App Review APIs
When you choose to update or rate the App, Google Play receives
information necessary to process that action (such as your Google account
and the App's package name). Tech Easy Life does not receive your
review content or rating directly.
We do NOT use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google Analytics,
or any other analytics SDK in this App.

4. PURPOSES OF DATA COLLECTION AND USE

The data collected by the third-party services listed above is used for
the following purposes:
- Advertising: To serve relevant ads (including personalized ads where
you have consented), to apply frequency caps, and to measure ad
performance.
- Analytics: To measure aggregated, non-personalized usage statistics
of the advertising SDK itself.
- Fraud prevention: To detect invalid traffic, click fraud, and abuse
of the advertising network.
- App functionality: To enable optional features such as in-app updates
and in-app rating prompts.

5. PERSONALIZED VS NON-PERSONALIZED ADS

When you first open the App (or whenever required by law), a Google
consent form will be displayed asking whether you allow personalized ads.
- If you ACCEPT, AdMob may use your advertising ID and ad-interaction
data to show ads tailored to your interests.
- If you DECLINE, the App will continue to function and ads will still
be shown, but they will be non-personalized (contextual) only.
You can change your choice at any time by going to:
"About" screen → "Manage Ad Preferences"
inside the App.

6. PERMISSIONS USED BY THE APP

The App requests the following Android permissions:
- INTERNET — required to load advertisements and to verify connectivity.
The App's grammar content is stored offline on your device but the
App will not function without an internet connection because ads
cannot load.
- ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE / ACCESS_WIFI_STATE — to detect whether your
device is connected and to display the offline screen if it is not.
- com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID — to access the resettable
Android Advertising ID for AdMob, as required by Google Play's 2026
Advertising ID policy.
The App does NOT request access to your camera, microphone, contacts,
photos, location, calendar, SMS, call logs, or any other sensitive
permission.

7. DATA SHARING

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your information.
The App shares the technical data described in Section 3 with Google
LLC (operating Google AdMob, Google Play Services, and the User
Messaging Platform) only to the extent strictly necessary to deliver
advertisements and operate the App as described in this Privacy Policy.
We may disclose information if required by law, valid legal process, or
to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tech Easy Life, our users,
or the public.

8. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Tech Easy Life does not store any personally-identifying data on its
own servers. Therefore, there is no data on our side that requires
deletion.
Data collected by Google AdMob and other Google services is retained
according to Google's own retention policies. You can:
- Reset your Android Advertising ID at any time:
Settings → Google → Ads → "Reset advertising ID"
- Opt out of ad personalization:
Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
- Withdraw your in-App consent at any time:
Inside the App → "About" → "Manage Ad Preferences"
- Uninstall the App, which removes all locally-stored preferences.
If you have any further data-deletion request, contact us at the email
address listed in Section 13.

9. SECURITY

- All data transmitted by Google's SDKs from your device is encrypted
in transit using the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol.
- The App itself transmits no data to any server operated by
Tech Easy Life.
- However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100%
secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the
equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction). We do not
knowingly collect personal information from children.
The App content rating in Google Play is appropriate for general
audiences. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child
under 13 has used the App and that AdMob has processed their data,
please contact us at the email address in Section 13 and we will assist
you in submitting a request to Google to delete the relevant advertising
identifiers.
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) of
the United States and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of
the European Union.

11. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER GDPR, UK GDPR, AND APPLICABLE LAWS

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or
Switzerland, you have the following rights regarding the data processed
by Google AdMob through this App:
- Right of access — to know what data has been collected about you.
- Right to rectification — to correct inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure — to request deletion of your data.
- Right to restrict processing — to limit how your data is used.
- Right to data portability — to receive your data in a portable format.
- Right to object — to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Right to withdraw consent — at any time, through
"About" → "Manage Ad Preferences".

12. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER U.S. STATE PRIVACY LAWS

If you are a resident of California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA),
Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), or other U.S. states
with similar laws, you have the right to:
- Know what categories of personal information we collect.
- Request deletion of your personal information.
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for
cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do NOT sell your personal information for monetary consideration.
Sharing of advertising identifiers with Google AdMob for personalized
advertising may be considered "sharing" under CCPA/CPRA. To opt out,
please decline personalized ads when prompted by the in-App consent form
or use "About" → "Manage Ad Preferences" to change your choice.

Google Play, Facebook, or Instagram). We are not responsible for the
privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you

14. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes
in our practices or in applicable laws. The updated policy will be

Material changes will also be communicated through the App or the
Google Play store listing where appropriate.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued
use of the App after changes have been posted constitutes your
acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
