How to organize such event

Practical steps:

• Choose an interesting and relevant topic. "Eilat our city" - was easy to work with. You can choose the place you live in. 

• Set up clear, achievable, measurable goals. Which skills are in the center? (The current program promoted - speaking). 

• Decide on sub-topics and schedule them throughout the year (do take into account holidays).

• ! Involve relevant people: your Inspector/s; Pisga; principals; municipality; teachers - leave space for their professional opinion and certain freedom. 

• See if there is any budget that can be used and can enrich the whole program. 

• Be very organized by yourself. 

• Elements of contest and gamification (coins) help to maintain the program, motivate principals, teachers and students. 

• Technology is a great facilitator and motivator. 

• Be inspired and absolutely love it by yourself, it will inspire everyone.
