My personal philosophy is to promote the love of learning. Teachers must be honest, loving, kind, compassionate, and inspirational. Our responsibility as teachers is not only to teach the material in the class, but to encourage our students to continue to learn. I am also a firm believer in the fact that everyone can learn from each other; together, as a team. Respect is key.
