Hello, I hope you're doing good. Welcome to my podcast I'm Yolanda Stallworth. Down below is my script, podcast, and my works cited. My podcast and script provides information about my topic. My topic is racial discrimination in the workplace. In it I give a some examples of ways that discrimination happens in the workplace that go into micro-aggression, lack of opportunities , and feeling of belonging. In my conclusion, I give an article that provides businesses a way to be more open-minded. Racial Discrimination is a universal problem that must be worked towards to fix because there are many different people with different backgrounds as us and if we don't learn to respect each other it won't ever happen. In my podcast, I hope it provides different information that can be applied to people that work for they won't make anyone feel less of themselves. Hope you enjoy my podcast!
