English & Youでは、授業はコミュニケーション能力、批判的思考力、そして生徒の主体性などに重点を置いています。原則として、コースはレベルと年齢によって分かれていますが、ご希望があれば柔軟に対応いたします。すべての英語レベルの方を歓迎しますが、学ぶ意欲があることが重要です。
全ての生徒に対し、オンラインまたは対面での無料の基本スクリーニングを実施します。
In English:
At English & You, courses emphasize on communication, critical thinking, and student agency among others. By default, courses are divided by level and age unless otherwise requested. We are open to all English levels, but an interest in learning is essential. All students will go through a free basic screening, online or in-person.

The content of this course changes after every project. Projects aim to simulate real-life situations such as presentations, role-playing, research, and many other meaningful tasks where students can maximize meaningful learning and output. Students can expect to work individually, pairs, or in groups for extensive projects.

本社会科コースでは、社会や文化、人文地理、人間の行動など、さまざまなトピックに取り組みます。社会実験を行ったり、グラフを作成したりするなど、実践的な活動が含まれます。

In this social studies course, students can find themselves engaged in topics related to society and culture, human geography, and human behavior to name a few. Conducting social experiments and creating graphs is an example of what to expect from this course.

Current Events
ディスカッションや分析、プロジェクトでは、現実社会の課題に焦点を当て、政治・経済・文化・社会運動などのテーマを探究します。ディベートやリサーチ、マルチメディアを活用したプレゼンテーションなどの活動を通して、分析力と根拠に基づいた意見を育成します。主にペアやグループでの活動を行い、協働力や多様な視点を養います。

Discussions, analyses, and projects focus on real-life issues, encouraging students to explore topics such as politics, economics, culture, and social movements. Depending on student age and level, students will engage in writing in a variety of genres. Some writing genres include persuasive arguments, compare and contrast, and classification papers. The course emphasizes organization and clarity. Students can expect to receive personalized feedback, work individually and collaboratively on peer reviews.

本コースでは、世界史を深く探究し、現代社会の形成に影響を与えてきた重要な出来事や文明、歴史的な動きを学びます。古代文明から現代の課題に至るまでの文化的発展を幅広く扱います。過去と現在のつながりに着目し、歴史がどのように現代に影響を与えているのかについて、理解を深めていきます。

This course provides an in-depth exploration of global history, covering key events, civilizations, and movements that have shaped the modern world. Students will examine the cultural developments from ancient civilizations to contemporary issues. Students will engage in gaining a deeper understanding of the interconnectedness of world history and how past events continue to influence the present.

吟道 English
吟道は、日本の伝統的な詩吟の道を指します。詩や歴史、時代や空間を超えた感情を味わいながら学んでいきます。吟詠だけでなく、哲学や精神性、現代の声楽教育などにも触れ、規律と創造性の両面から心を育てます。
本コースは、以下の2つのタイプに分かれています。
吟道 English：英語学習者向けのコースです。詩吟を学びながら、文法や語彙、さまざまな表現を身につけます。また、さまざまな出来事について、自分の感情や意見、考えを英語で表現する力を養います。
吟道 Fluent：英語を母語とする方、または流暢・上級レベルの方向けのコースです。吟詠を通して声の技術を磨くとともに、その多様な要素や広がりを体験します。自分自身の声を見つけながら、独自の表現スタイルの確立を目指します。

吟道 is the path of traditional Japanese chanting. It involves the appreciation of poetry, history, and sentiments across time and space. Aside from chanting, students will find themselves interacting with concepts related to philosophy, spirituality, and contemporary vocal pedagogy to foster the mind in discipline as well as creativity.
This course is divided into two types.
吟道 English: Designed for English Language Learners. Students will learn grammar, vocabulary, and various expressions while learning traditional Japanese chanting. Students will learn how to express their feelings, opinions, and perspectives about various events in English.
吟道 Fluent is for native, fluent, or advanced English speakers. Students get the cultivate and hone their vocal skills in addition to experiencing the many intersections involved in 吟詠. Students will be encouraged to develop their own distinctive style as they discover their own voices.
