"Equality will be achieved when men and women are granted equal pay and equal respect"- Beyonce. The gender wage gap has become more prominent over the last decade. Many activist groups have been fighting for the right of equal pay between men and women. In this podcast you will hear me discuss on how this gender wage gap has affected the United States economy.
