President Trump has been known to do many wrongful acts throughout his presidency. In this podcast, I analyze an article written by Paul Krugman called “Trump’s Debt, His future and ours” that I found in The New York Times. In this article “The president — our chief law enforcement and national security official — could be facing huge liabilities.” Not only does this affect him but it can affect a lot of people under him and those in this society. I chose to analyze this article because it was the first one I saw. The main reason I analyzed it is because it was about Trump’s bad decisions and how the writer wrote about what was going. It is important to know about what our presidents are doing to us and for this community. As someone many people have voted for and put in office, we wouldn’t want them to change our opinion about them. Nor do we want to see our leader promoting malfeasance. We will look at what Krugman said and how he said it. We will also look to see how he supports his opinions as well as how bias the article appears. We’ll evaluate some examples as well. At the conclusion of this assessment, I will shape my personal evaluations and opinions of Krugman’s presentation and his article. Do you think I should agree with the author or not? If you’d like to know, take a few minutes to listen and see what you think.
