When it comes to a pandemic, you'd think people would do anything to help stop the spread, but when it comes to the perspective of Black people, it changes. Today, I will be reviewing an article by Charles M. Blow, "A Holistic View of Vaccine Hesitancy" found on NYtimes.com. While I review the article, I will also critically rhetorically analyze the article and how the author gets his main point across. In this article, the C-19 Vaccine is looked at differently by the young Black community. Blow starts out his article with an "agree and disagree" conversation between him and his friend and uses ethos and pathos to get his point across the article. So what all did Blow use exactly?
