競賽簡介

一、競賽目的 Purpose of the contest：

提供國立中央大學工院 (以下稱本院 )學生互相切磋觀摩論文發表之機會，以提昇本院研究風氣，並鼓勵本院學生積極參與國際術會議以開拓之視野。

To give students the chance to observe and learn from each other's presentations, promote the research culture within the College, and encourage active participation in international conferences, thereby broadening their horizons.

二、參賽對象Participants：本院在學學生。Students from College of Engineering.

三、「口頭報告」類，競賽日期： 114年 12月 09日(二) 上午09:00~中午12:00。

"Oral Presentation Group" : December 09 (Tue.), 2025 from 09:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

「壁報展示」類，114年11月21日(五)起壁報無期限展示於本網站，評分日期：114年12月07日(日)截止。

"Poster Display Group" : The poster will be displayed on this website indefinitely from November 21(Fri.), 2025 .

Grading deadline: December 07 (Sun.), 2025 .

四、競賽之細部流程與地點另行公告。The detailed schedule and location for the competition will be announced separately.

五、競賽規則 Rules：
(一) 競賽分為「口頭報告」與「壁報展示」兩類，參賽者可同時報名兩類競賽。

The competition is divided into two categories: "Oral Presentation" and "Poster Display", and participants can register for both categories.
(二) 「口頭報告」類，以個人形式報名參賽；「壁報展示」類，以個人或組隊形式(每隊至多六人)報名參賽。

For "Oral Presentation Group", registration is individual; for "Poster Display Group", participants can register individually or as a team (with a maximum of six members per team).

(三) 競賽題目由參賽者依專題或論文方向自行訂定，但不可以同一題目報名兩類競賽。

Participants can choose their own topics for the competition based on their projects or research papers. However, the same topic cannot be used to register for both categories.
(四) 「口頭報告」類，各系以推薦四名為限、各獨立所及學士班以推薦二名為限；

For "Oral Presentation Group", each department is limited to four participants, and each independent institute and interdisciplinary program of Engineering is limited to two participants.

「壁報展示」類，各系以推薦六隊為限、各獨立所與學士班以推薦三隊為限。

For "Poster Display Group", each department is limited to six teams, and each independent institute and interdisciplinary program of Engineering is limited to three teams.
(五) 本競賽全程以英文方式進行。

The entire contest will be conducted in English.

六、參賽程序 Procedure ：
(一) 系所推薦：114年 10月 24日(五) 中午12:00前。

Deadline for recommendation from each department : October 24, 2025 (Fri) by 12:00 noon.
(二) 推薦文件包括以下 Recommendation documents：
1. 系所推薦表 (附件 3)之原始類型檔案，及經主管核章紙本或掃描。

Recommendation form (Attachment 3) along with a paper copy or scanned version duly signed or stamped by the supervisor.
2. 兩類競賽之參賽者，皆需繳交個人資料表 (附件 2)及一頁競賽題目之摘要 (以 A4規格、標題字型大小18、本文字型大小12、字型Times New Roman、限500字內之 docx類型檔案呈現 )。

For both categories, participants must submit a personal information form (Attachment 2) and a one-page abstract of their contest topic (A4 size, title font size 18, main text font size 12, Times New Roman font, and limited to 500 words, presented in a docx file).

七、競賽方式 Contest Method：

(一)「口頭報告」類 Oral Presentation Group：

1. 簡報時間：每人簡報限10分鐘，詢答限時 3分鐘。

Presentation time: 10 minutes for each presentation, followed by a 3-minute Q&A session.

2. 簡報方式：114年12月04日(四)中午12時前，提交pptx或pdf類型之英文簡報檔案。

114年12月09日(二)實體上台以英文口頭發表簡報。

Presentation method: Submit a pptx or pdf file by 12:00 noon on December 04(Thu.), 2025 .

The presentation will be physically delivered in English on December 09(Tue), 2025 .

(二)「壁報展示」類 Poster Display Group：

1. 壁報內容：以A0規格製作英文壁報(附件4)。

Poster content: Create an English poster in A0 size (Attachment4).

2. 英文解說影片：由參賽者自行錄製至多3分鐘之英文解說影片。

English Video: Participants should make their own English video of up to 3 minutes.

3. 參賽作品(壁報電子檔及英文簡說影片)繳交截止日：114年11月21日(五)中午12時前。

Submission deadline for competition (poster electronic file and English video): By 12:00 noon on November 21(Fri.), 2025.

4. 參賽者作品將展示於網站上(https://reurl.cc/5dE45n)。評審們將依照網站上之海報、摘要及影片進行評分，因此參賽者們不需實體向評審們進行海報之解說報告。謝謝！

The poster and the English video will be displayed on the website(https://reurl.cc/5dE45n). The judeges will review and rate the posters, abstracts and videos online. Therefore, participants in Poster Display Group are not required to physically present their posters to the judges. Thank you!

八、評分項目Scoring Criteria：

(一)簡報內容與架構 (學術與技術內容、組織結構、簡報與壁報美工等 ) 佔50%

Content and Structure of the Presentation (Academic and technical content, organizational structure, presentation and poster design, etc.) 50%

(二)現場簡報技巧 (台風、流暢度、回答準確性等 ) 佔50%

Live Presentation Skills (Stage presence, fluency, accuracy of responses, etc.) 50%

九、獎勵方式Award Method ：獲獎名額由評審團依參賽者之競賽品質裁定，必要時，得部分從缺或增額。The number of awarded places will be decided by the jury based on the quality of the contest entries. If necessary, the number of awards may be partially vacant or increased.

提供每位參賽者紀念小禮品及參賽證明各乙份。

Each participant will receive a commemorative gift and a certificate of participation.

(一)「口頭報告」類 Oral Presentation Group

特優：獎金捌仟元及獎狀。

First place: NT$8,000 and a certificate.

優等：獎金伍仟元及獎狀。

Second place: NT$5,000 and a certificate.

佳作：獎金參仟元及獎狀。

Third place: NT$3,000 and a certificate.

特別獎：獎金壹仟元及獎狀。

Special Award: NT$1,000 and a certificate.

最佳台風獎：獎金壹仟元及獎狀。

Best Stage Performance: NT$1,000 and a certificate.

最佳簡報製作獎：獎金壹仟元及獎狀。

Best Presentation Design Award: NT$1,000 and a certificate.

(二) 「壁報展示」類 Poster Display Group

特優：獎金陸仟元及獎狀。

First place: NT$6,000 and a certificate.

優等：獎金肆仟元及獎狀。

Second place: NT$4,000 and a certificate.

佳作：獎金貳仟元及獎狀。

Third place: NT$2,000 and a certificate.

特別獎：獎金壹仟元整及獎狀

Outstanding Performance: NT$1,000 and a certificate.

最佳視覺設計獎：獎金壹仟元及獎狀。

Best Visual Design Award : NT$1,000 and a certificate.

十、本院保有修改、變更或暫停本競賽之權利；對於參賽作品，亦有權依宣傳推廣之目的，進行公開播送、公開傳播、重製或出版等利用行為，且使用方式及次數均不受限。如有未盡事宜，悉依本院相關規定或解釋辦理，並得隨時補充公告。

The College reserves the right to modify, change, or suspend this contest. Additionally, the College has the right to publicly broadcast, disseminate, reproduce, or publish the submitted works for promotional and publicity purposes without limitations on the manner and frequency of use. For matters not covered herein, they will be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations or interpretations of the College, and supplementary announcements may be made at any time.
